Mount Guide International is run on co-educational lines. The academic year commences in the month of June every year. Admissions are open to Kindergarten only and to other classes admission is based on the vacancy of seats available. Along with the application, the following documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Office.

- Duly filled and signed application.
- 5 Passport size color photographs.
- Proof of Date of Birth (Issued by any competent authority)
- Application for transportation (If school transport is needed)
- Final Exam Report of previous class and Transfer Certificate.
